Recently the Series plan of Shuibuya tourism area of Enshi State (2008-2020) managed by Associate Researcher Mr. Ren Xianyou has passed the expert assessment in Shuibuya town, Badong County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.
The tourism resources’ characteristic of Shuibuya Qingjiang River tourism area is prominent and their types are diverse which have the obvious ecological environment superiority. The Shuibuya Qingjiang River tourism area can be built to a ecological vacation tourism area and its tourism resources’ development has the vital practical significance to the entire Qingjiang basin tourism’s development.
Appraisal counselors team is headed by Pro. Liu Shengjia from the Hubei Provincial People's Government, Central China Normal University Professor. Members include nine experts from Wuhan University, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Hubei Institute for Nationalities, Enshi State Development and Reform Commission, Construction Committee of Enshi, Enshi Prefecture Agricultural Bureau, Land Resources Bureau in Enshi Prefecture, and the National People's Congress of Badong County.
The plans submitted for assessment include Enshi Shuibuya tourism area tourism overall plan, Enshi Shuibuya tourism regulatory plan, Badong County Shuibuya Town Planning (revision), Sanyouping Village New Tourism Village Planning. The header of the plan team Dr. Ren Xianyou, Pro. Deng Hongbing, Pro. Zhang Yawei, Dr. Xiao Fei made the reports on the content, the main results and progress of the above plannings representing the group.
The leaders of our institute concerned about Enshi Shuibuya tourism area plan very much and proposed a high and strcit standard. Director Sun Heping often asks the researchers about the planning matters and attends the Accreditation Council. Deputy director Wang Yong, Assistant Director Xiong xiong, Director of research department Liu Chengsu take part in the planning meetings several times and make some suggestions. The relevant departments of our institute give a strong support to the plans’ making and evaluating.
