Talent Strategy of Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics（IGG）received good effectiveness Many youth scientists received natural science funds of China in 2008 　　 Recently, the National Natural Science Foundation Committee bring a good news that IGG received great success in 2008 again. The number of funded projects and the rate has more improved than in previous years. The better news is that more than one youth scientific and technical personnel received the National Natural Science Fund. 2 of those received the National Youth Science Foundation, and another three officers were received the surface of science and technology projects funded. 3 of 5 persons are excellent Drs who got here 2 years ago. 　　 Our institute always sees it very important in training and building young scientific technological person, see it as one of the most important aspects in ourselves development. In order to increase the efficient to train and support the young scientific and technological persons, our institute made many ways form systems and policies. We have introduced many rules and regulation, such as "by the Chinese Academy of Sciences geodesic Interim Measures for the introduction of talent," and "China Academy of Sciences Institute of Geophysics, the field of measuring and cutting-edge approach to project management ". We make great effects to train young scientific and technological backbone and do project applications. Before the National Natural Science Foundation in 2008 to declare, the leadership has also repeatedly held a special meeting to mobilize the young scientific and technical personnel to "release yourself" and "force" they to be talent.. With these systems and measures implemented, results appear gradually. Following two young scientists receiving the National Natural Science Fund in last year, the 5 young people receive funded. It shows that my youth scientific and technical personnel have already bear country mission's ability and taken in scientific and technological innovation job.
