Recently, Stockholm International Peace Research Institute(SIPRI) released the report of China prepares for an ice-free arctic. The report introduced the new map of the world created by Dr. Hao Xiaoguang in detail. The new map of the world shows the geographic relation between arctic sea-route and China.
