On February 19, 2011, Li Weisen, vice director of the Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping(CASM), Xu Yanying, chief engineer of CASM, and Zhang Yanping, Technology and International Cooperation Department visited Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics(IGG) and did related investigation. Sun Heping, director of IGG, Feng Can, vice secretary of party, Wang Yong, deputy director of IGG, and Xu Houze who was director of Academic committee attended the meeting.

Relevant researchers delivered reports related the scientific research achievements and research development of IGG to the participants. After listening the reports, Li Weisen think the scientific results of IGG was great and important. And he hope to strengthen the cooperation with IGG on the scientific research in the future.
