Dr. FANG Ming of MIT paid a visit to the Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics at the invitation of State Key Laboratory of Geodesy and Earth’s Dynamics (SKLGED) from Nov. 30th to Dec. 2nd 2011.

　  He presented two reports titled by “How the Chandler Wobble is excited by rapid variations in the angular momentum of the fluid Earth” and “Degree-1 Loadings from outside in and from inside out”. Academician Xu Houze, related researchers and students of WHIGG attended the academic exchange meeting.
