The 2012 annual Hubei Province Scientific and Technology Progress Conference was hold at Wuhan on 25th June. The research of GNSS single frequency RTK technology and its application conducted by researcher Liu Genyou of IGG received the first prize.

GNSS is the important basic foundation of navigation on earth surface and terrestrial space, thence owns widely application values. The research aimed at the single frequency RTK which is one of the most difficult researches in GNSS. Since that, the research done by Liu Genyou broke the technical bottleneck of using single frequency GNSS receiver in RTK, fully took advantage of the low cost of single frequency GNSS receiver and obtained series of innovative research achievements and also solved many practical difficulties which formed a set of single frequency RTK technology having its unique characteristic. The research had already been applied to the study of single frequency receiver and the landslide deformation monitoring system, related technology was also applied into the state aerospace mission.

The group of this research consists of Liu Genyou, Hao Xiaoguang, J Ou, Liu L.T., Liu Chengshu , Tian Lianghui, Zhang Huaixiang, Ying Junjun and Aizhi Guo.
