Remote Sensing magazine executive editor Visited IGG TEXT SIZE:A A A
Invited by State Key Laboratory of Geodesy and Earth’s Dynamics (SKLGED), Remote Sensing magazine executive editor Li Yanhua and Zhang Yeqin visited Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics(IGG) and gave an academic report in title “Remote Sensing and Tips for Publication” on May 18.
Ms.Li introduced the development of the open source magazine Remote Sensing in detail. Remote Sensing magazine was published in 2009, and it was recorded by SCI in 2013. The impact factor of Remote Sensing was 3.244 in 2017. The current division of the magazine is the Web of Science District 1 and the Chinese Academy of Sciences JCR 2 District. In addition to introducing the magazine, the two editors also gave some constructive comments about the paper’s write and submission. The detailed description of the standardized expression of the chart in the paper, the structure requirements of the paper, the writing points of the discussion and the conclusion were introduced. Finally, the two editors also introduced the review process of the paper, the preparation of the revised manuscript, and the specification of the author's signature. In the discussion session, the participants combined with their own realities, conducted in-depth discussions with the two editors on issues encountered in thesis writing and submission, and achieved good exchange results.
