MENG Liqiu, first director of the University of Munich, visits WHIGG

At the invitation of WHIGG, MENG Liqiu, first director of the University of Munich paid a visit to WHIGG for academic exchange and communication on October 17, 2011.

Director SUN Heping gave a brief introduction of WHIGG, and the development strategy of Key Laboratory of Dynamic and Geodesy. Director MENG introduced the constitution of the University of Munich, major discipline as well as the direction of scientific research. She also presented a speech titled “Go International – Let’s Act Ourselves into a New Way of Thinking”.

Academician XU Houzhe proposed the opportunity on the next-step cooperation between both sides.
