Invited by State Key Laboratory of Geodesy and Earth`s Dynamics (SKLGED), Professor Per Erik Opseth and Laila lovhoiden of Norway's bureau of surveying and mapping visited Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics (IGG) and gave two academic reports “Global cooperation on Geodesy challenges in terms of organisation and infrastructure”, “Roadmap-from the resolution” on November 23. Researcher Wang Yong, Yan Haoming, Bao Lifeng and graduate students attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by researcher Wang Hansheng.
During the meeting, professor Per Erik Opseth introduced the establishment of regional reference frame of Norway and current situation of Geodesy in Norway. Professor Per Erik Opseth and Laila lovhoiden also had a deep discussion with the audience about the report at the end of the meeting.
