Invited by Université de Toulouse and Institute of Geophysics, Universite de Strasbourg, professor NI Sidao from Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics (IGG) gave a report during February 21st to March 8th.

During the visit, professor NI Sidao firstly introduced the research results of seismic location determination and other achievements of IGG. Then, he put forward some ideas about the cross study of seismology and geodesy. He also discussed the Earth Rotation and Crustal Dynamics with some experts in depth. Finally, he proposed cooperation programme for the research of geodynamics with Université de Toulouse.

This visit has strengthened IGG exchanges and cooperation with the high level research institutes in French, and contributed to some important achievements.
